Step 1
Begin by taking a horseshoe section on top of the head.
Step 2
Start in the middle at the back, elevate the hair at a 90 degree angle and cut to create layering. Work around both
sides elevating in the same way. Note: To retain more weight around the sides over-direct backwards.
Step 3
Next cut the perimeter to your desired length.
Step 4
Clip lower panel and begin cutting the top panel by taking a slice around the head, elevate the 45 degrees and cut
to your desired lengths.
Step 5
Continue working around and up the head, over-directing the hair backwards to maintain the length at the front.
Step 6
Finally create the personal touch with freehand cutting.
